A neighborhood of wonder where every wish gets a place to live — Cloud 9 Café, a star-raising constellation, and a decoration station for wish kids.

A playful, retro diner spirit anchors the neighborhood. Steps away, the Star Decoration Station invites wish kids to add their own creativity, turning a meaningful tradition into something personal and full of wonder. As guests step through the new window wall, the lobby Star sculpture seems to unfold overhead like a constellation in motion — and one more wish is lifted into the light.
