A retail design inspired by the zoo’s mission of conservation and connection to nature — an immersive, park-like atmosphere where guests explore and discover.

The space features sculptural tree canopies that anchor the store and create an immersive, park-like atmosphere. Playful touches, from glass origami-inspired birds overhead to honeycomb wall displays, celebrate the diversity of the natural world while offering flexible merchandising opportunities. Materials and textures were chosen for both durability and storytelling, balancing sustainability with guest engagement. The result is a retail environment that feels like an extension of the zoo itself: educational, inspiring, and deeply connected to its surroundings — guests leave not only with a memento, but with a stronger sense of the zoo’s mission.
